Consulting
The consulting approach will be customized according to the circumstances of your individual situation. Our broad spectrum ranges from accompanying coaching with optimal knowledge transfer up to taking-over whole task areas supporting a maximum discharge for your staff. We can support you with both consulting with regard to content and project management (e.g. PRINCE2).

Training
We offer you an extensive portfolio: from the official proven ITIL trainings with exams that are internationally accepted (ITIL V2 Foundation and Service Manager as well as ITIL V3 Foundation and Manager’s Bridge), individual workshops to simulations such as Control IT or Apollo 13.
We are still market leader in germany for ISO 20000 trainings with official, internationally accepted exams through itSMF.
Socos has been the first accredited training provider for ISO 20000 Auditor and ISO 20000 Consultant trainings.
No training provider has more experience in this area. We offer you those trainings including the exams which are internationally accepted. The most efficient way to appropriate expertise in this area within two respectively three days.
In order to coordinate the investment into the education of your staff in an optimal way, we offer you an education controlling that includes the design of suitable education packages according to your requirements. Continuous analysis provides you an overview regarding the progress of your education program.

Audits
The audit section is based on the international ISO 20000 standard in order to provide you an impartial picture regarding the ITIL compatibility of your organization. Independent whether you are preparing for the ISO 20000 certification or if you would like to obtain an independent opinion regarding the achievements of your project goals. The audit report shortly shows you where you are and which measures are required in order to improve your situation.
