Part 5 is an exemplary Implementationplan for Service Providers, that can be used as guideline in certification- or Serviceimprovement projects.
The apprach provides a structured framework to prioritize and manage the implemenation activities.

Refresh of ITIL Core Books
OGC as publisher of ITIL has started in november to gather a team of authors for the refresh of the ITIL Core books. The focus obiously is a regular review but also an update of the books.

By providing additional courses in Serbia and Egypt we are currently strengthening our international business.
socos is therefore successfully providing trainings and projects in 12 countries.
